Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 Cup Aunt Jemima Reg Pancake Mix (or your favorite)1 Cup Oatmeal2 Tablespoons Milled Flax Seeds2 Tablespoons Vanilla Powder (a spice - not a shake)2 Teaspoons Apple Pie Spice (or your faves)1 Cup Fat Free Milk2 Cups Frozen Blueberries (do not thaw)
Pre Heat a non-stick pan (or 350 degrees on a griddle)
- I don't use any oil, at all.
Mix dry ingredients, add milk stir until creamy, scrapping the sides and bottom to get all the dry incorporated.
Add frozen Blueberries (they might clump a little, not to worry)
Spoon onto the hot pan, spread the batter out a little if needed - before spooning the next pancake.
Turn the heat down a little (325 on the griddle)
Let the pancakes cook. These are thick and take a little longer to cook through. After about 5 mins, flip and allow to cook from the other side. You may need to flip a couple times.
Makes about 8, 4-5 inch, Pancakes
Number of Servings: 8
