Cranberry chicken salad

Ingredients
4 cups of romaine lettuce in bite sizes1 small red onion sliced in half moons1/2 cup roasted sweet potato *note1/3 cup dried cranberries1/3 cup sliced almonds roasted1 chicken breast cooked to your taste1 Tbsp goat cheese2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper to your taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the chicken.
Combine well. Cut chicken in bite sizes and decorate the salad.

*Note do not boil the sweet potato will not taste as good.
