Kristy's Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups of drained/rinsed cooked black beans(cooked my own beans to keep sodium down)2 ripe bananas1/3 cup of agave nectar1/4 cup pure cocoa powder (unsweetened)1 tablespoon cinnamon1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon almond extract1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 to 6 packets of stevia in the raw (optional)1/2 cup of rolled oats1/2 chopped walnuts
Pre-heat oven to 350* Bake
spray a 8x8 glass baking dish
combine all ingredients except rolled oats in blender or food processor-mix untill all is in a gooey consistancy.
Mix in rolled oats & walnuts and pour into glass dish.
Bake for 30 minutes untill toothpick is clean.
*****at this point you can add carob chips, nut butters, cocoa powder....and a topping.
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting 9 even squares.
