Easy apple cinnamon muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup (4 tbs) wheat germ1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup Splenda or any other sweetener1/2 cup orange juice (unsweetened) *cooking spray or muffin cups
Directions
1. Mix flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

2. Add applesauce, Splenda, and orange juice.

3. Mix until all ingredients blend together.

4. Spoon mixture into muffin pan (makes 6)

5. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 C) for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 6 muffins.
