4 Chicken Breast Fillets (frozen)Can of CornCan of Black BeansCan of diced tomatoes with chilis1 Taco Seasoning mix
Put all ingrediants in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
Optional: Drain corn and drain some of the black bean juice, but you will need to add a little water. Do not drain the tomatoes as this helps with the liquid.
