Ingredients
Chicken breastsRoasted Green ChilesOnionSalsa VerdeGarlicWaterLong grain white rice
Directions
Brown one side of chicken breasts (about 5 minutes).
Remove from pan
Saute onions, chiles, and garlic (5 minutes)
Add rice, water, salsa verde and chicken. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
