Zesty Turkey Burger

Ingredients
*Turkey Burger, Jennie-O, 1 package (I believe they are 20oz)Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp *Garlic 2 cloves, Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce, 1/4 tsp *Oatmeal, quick cooking - 1/3 cup
Directions
Mix first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. In larger bowl mix turkey burger and oatmeal. Add 1/2 of ketchup mixture, reserving the rest for basting.
Form into either 6-4 oz or 4-6 oz patties. Nutritional information is for 4 oz. 6 oz would be 207 calories.
Cook on grill over Medium heat or in skillet. I prefer grill. Oil grill grates well. Do not flatten while cooking. These burgers are very moist and will fall apart if grill is not well greased. Cook 5-8 minutes on each side. Again be very careful when turning.
