Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1 bag cabbage cole slaw mix2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium2 tbsp rice vinegar1 tbsp natural peanut butter1 tbsp honey1/4c chopped cilantro1 small onion slicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes about 16 servings but honestly I haven't measured the serving size.

Combine Soy Sauce, vinegar, peanut butter, honey in small bowl.
Chop onions and cilantro and add to slaw mix. mix in dressing and stir to coat all the slaw mix.
