Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
3 T. Corn starch3 T. sugar2 oz. Baker's bittersweet chocolate (2 squares)2 c. 1% milk1 t. vanilla
Directions
Combine corn starch, & sugar in a small bowl, add to milk. Melt chocolate in saucepan on low heat, add milk mixture, stirr & mix well. Cook on medium heat to a boil stirring occasionally. Lower heat, simmer 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 1/2 c. serving dishes, chill 2 hrs. (or eat warm).
