Italian eggs in tomato sauce

Ingredients
Fried Eggs, 2 largeTomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 1 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspBasil, 5 leavesParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Turn stove on medium to high heat.

Pour olive oil into pan and let simmer.

Pour tomato sauce into pan and stir for about 1-2 minutes.

With a spoon, create two holes for where the eggs are to be cracked, then crack the eggs into the holes and cook until firm.

Add parmesan cheese and basil.

Use salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 1-2 servings.
