Creamy Cilantro Chicken (with fewer calories/less fat)

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts3 oz neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese, or no fat cream cheese if you prefer)3/4 C half and half juice of 1 limesalt and pepper to taste1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro1 T Butter/light margarine
Directions
Saute chicken butter until cooked through and season to taste with salt and pepper. I usually cut the chicken into smaller pieces, about 3 pieces per breast. This recipe's serving size is an entire chicken breast, but you could certainly eat less.

Remove chicken from pan. Add cream cheese/neufchatel cheese in cubes with butter and drippings. Add half and half, lime juice, and cilantro. On medium stir until melted. Add chicken, cover, and cook on low for 15 minutes.
