1 tablespoon butter or margarine1.5 cups onion, chopped1.5 cups red bell pepper, seeded, chopped1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Chicken Smoked Sausage3 cloves garlic, minced1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes1 can (14.5 ounces) corn1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1 cup long grain white rice
Saute onions, pepper and sausage in butter until tender.
Add the garlic, tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, red pepper flakes and rice. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low for 25 minutes.
