    Just finished this recipe and boy did it turn out bad. The ratio of milk to baking mix has to be wrong because it was like clay. After adding about 4 times the amount of milk it started to look like pancake mix. Maybe it should be 1 and 1/4 cups of milk instead of 1/4 cup of milk. - 7/13/15
