Ingredients
1 egg1 egg white1/4 cup milkcinnamon2 slices of bread1 tbls Powdered sugar1/8 cup Light Pancake Syruppam
Directions
Mix egg, egg white, milk & 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Heat frying pan to med, coat the pan with Pam. Dredge each slice of bread in egg wash, put in the pan, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.. Cook on each side until brown (about 2 - 3 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with light syrup.
