Venison meatballs in mushroom gravy

Ingredients
1 lb. ground venison, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can water, 3/4 c. rice, 1/4 c. chopped onion, salt, pepper, olive oil
Directions
mix the venison with egg, salt pepper, onion and rice throughly. Make into 2 inch balls. Place in skillet of warmed olive oil. Then cover with mushrrom soup that has been mixed with the water as a gravy. Let simmer after getting to a low boil or until rice is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
