Chicken Club Pita

Ingredients
Chicken Breast - about 12 oz for 4 servings - Grilled4 Pita Breads - whole wheat - about 6 inch diameterBacon - 2-3 slices cookedOnion - about 1/4 cup dicedPlum Tomato - choppedLettuce - slicedCheese of your taste - if desired (used Cheddar in calculation)Light or Fat Free Ranch Dressing (used light in calculation)
Directions
Season chicken with salt & pepper or other grill flavoring to your liking.
Grill about 4 minutes on each side until reaches 165 internal temp.
While cooling, warm pita on the grill a minute on each side & chop or dice your vegetables
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Divide chicken into 4 pitas, add lettuce, bacon, onion, tomato and cheese if desired.
Drizzle about 1/2 tbsp Ranch on each pita
Fold & Enjoy!
