Squash Cassarole

Ingredients
4 cups cooked squash1 cup cracker crumbs1/4 cup 1% milk1/4 cup sugar2 eggsonion salt to taste or 1/4 cup chopped onions
Directions
In cassarole dish mix: squash, 3/4 cup of cracker crumbs, milk, sugar and eggs, onion salt (or raw chopped onions)
mix well and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs on top. Bake in 150 degee oven until lightly browned and bubbly. Makes 5 one cup servings
