tofu quiche

Ingredients
3 large eggs1 block extra firm tofu1 tablespoon wheat flour1 cup shredded cheese3 cups of veggies (I used sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach to get this nutrition info)single shell pie crust (2/3 of this recipe)
Directions
Thoroughly mix tofu, eggs flour and spices to taste. Add vegetables and scoop the whole mixture into a pie crust.
Bake 350 for about an hour until golden brown on top.
