Chinese Pepper Steak (or beef and broccoli)

Ingredients
1.5 lbs thin slice sirloin steak2 green bell peppers or 1 head of broccoli1 yellow onion1 can diced tomato or 1 fresh tomato diced2 cups water1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon garlic salt1 Tablespoon sugar2 Tablespoons corn starch4 Tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet until hot, add meat and stir fry until nicely browned. add onion, water, ginger, garlic salt and boil. Cover and cook 5 mins. add bell pepper (broccoli) cover and cook 5 mins or until tender. add tomatoes.

In separate bowl combine sugar, corn starch and soy sauce and whisk well. add to meat/veggie and boil. Cool until sauce thickens.

Serve over steamed rice!
