Corn and Bean Salsa

2 small cans of white and yellow corn, drained1 can of pinto beans, drained1 can of bleck beans, drained1 can of sliced black olives, drained1 small jalapeno pepper, diced1/2 red pepper, diced1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup vinegar
Drain canned items. Chop the jalapeno and red pepper. Mix corn, beans, olives, and peppers together (Use a container that holds at least 1.5 quarts or 6 cups.) Mix the sugar, vinegar, and olive oil in a separate bowl before coating the other mixture.
Makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings. Serve with Tostidos or other chips.
