Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red/orange/yellow, sliced, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, sliced*Margarine, soft, 1.5 tsp
Directions
Chop or slice all veg.
Saute onion and mushroom in margarine till soft, then add peppers.
Well done will yield about 2c; I divided into 3 servings of 2/3 c each.

    I just made this and it tasted great, I am going to top grilled chicken with it..... I also thought that a hamburger will be terrific with swiss cheese would be very good. - 5/1/11
