Ingredients
1 large egg.25 cup fat free half n half1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon2 slices light wheat bread1 Tpbs. light margerine
Directions
Beat egg with half in half, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread apricot preserves between bread slices, pressing edges to seal. Dip bread into egg mixture and allow to soak.

Heat margerine in skillet and cook french toast on both sides.
