* Egg, fresh, 6 medium (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
add all ingridient in a bowl and wisk until became fluffy. put a fry pan onto a medium heat and puor the mixture. cook a medium low heat covered when te top became firm turn the omlet and cook for about 6 minutes. cut in to 8 slice and serve worm
