ORIENTAL SALAD

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:1 pkg pre-cut coleshaw1 bunch green onions2 pkgs Oriental Ramen Noodles1 9.25 oz can cashews, chopped1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower kernelsDRESSING:1/3 CUP Splenda (you can use sugar if not diabetic)3/4 cup oil1/4 cup white vinegar Mix the dressing ingredients with the 2 packets from the Oriental Noodles.
Directions
Chop green onions. Take packages of Ramen Noodles (while still in package) and gently "hammer" with meat cleaver to break up noodles (trying not to split pkg open. Dump noodles into large bowl, add coleslaw, onions, sunflower kernels and cashews. Set aside until time to eat. Prepare dressing: Stir together Splenda/sugar & seasoning from noodle packets. Add vinegar & oil and stir well. Refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, stir all ingredients together and serve. ENJOY!
