Black Grapes, 3 cup or 2 1/2 Lbs.Grape seed oil, 1 tbsp Organic cane sugar, 2 tsp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash grapes and remove from stem. Coat roasting pan (with lid) with 1 Tbsp. of grape seed oil. Place grapes in pan, coat grapes with oil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven add 2 tsp. of organic cane sugar, cover and return to oven for 10 more minutes. Serve hot or cold. DELICIOUS! Tastes like pie filling without the sugar or calories. Any type of grape can be used.
