1/2 Cup Honey1/2 Cup Applesauce (unsweetened)1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter2 Cups Oats3/8 Cup Golden Roasted Ground Flaxseed2 Cups Puffed Rice CerealHeat the honey and peanut butter to mix together, then added the applesauce.In a large bowl mix the puffed rice, oats and flaxseed and then mix in with the honey peanut butter mixture. Press into a 7"x11"pan and then chill.
This makes 27 bars approximately 3/4" x 3"
