Sesame Coconut Candy

Ingredients
Sesame Seeds, 3/4 cup Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Agave Nectar (Organic, by Madhava), 3 tbsp Honey, 3 tbsp Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Coconut Reduced Fat, 12 tbsp
Directions
Slightly oil parchment paper with 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil. Heat the other 1/2 Tbsp. of sesame oil in skillet. Add 3/4 C. sesame seeds, continue to stir with wooden spoon while seeds toast, approximately 5 minutes. Add agave nectar, honey, and a dash of salt. Pour onto oiled parchment paper. Level out with wooden spoon. Allow to cool. Oil hands and shape sesame mixture into balls and roll into coconut. Allow to completely set. Enjoy!
