skillet mac & cheese

Ingredients
2 C Low Sodium Chicken Broth2 1/2 C Water6 1/2 oz Brown Rice Elbows8 oz Ham Steak2 1/4 C 2% milk sharp cheddar cheeseSaltPepperCornstarch10 oz Spinach
Directions
Combine broth and water in a large skillet and bring to a rapid boil. Stir in the elbows, and cook for 3 minutes less than the package instructions.
Stir frequently-
Reduce heat to medium high and stir in Ham and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
If there is a ton of sauce at this point, turn the heat down, and mix the cornstarch with 1 Tbsp water, in a separate cup, and pour it into the sauce. Continue stiring until it is all mixed together. Stir in the Spinach.
Cook until noodles are done. If it is to thick, remove from
heat, and cover the pan. The steam buildup will help thin it
down.
