Ultimate Chocolate Protein Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup Soy Flour1/2 cup dry Cocoa1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats3 tbsp Chocolate Rice Protein powder4 tsp Stevita3 tsp EnerG Egg Replacer2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 cup Chocolate Soymilk3/4 cup All Natural Applesauce1/4 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat waffle iron to medium/hot setting.

Combine dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Sift to mix ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir thoroughly. Allow batter to set 5 minutes while waffle iron heats.

Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Drop batter on heated waffle iron wells. Allow at least 1/2" spacing for batter to expand. Close and cook. Allow all steam to stop coming from waffle iron. Remove crisp waffles and repeat until all batter is used.

Makes approximately 5 servings (2 waffles each)
