Deep Fried Fish

Ingredients
3 oz fish (any Kind but Cod is wonderful)1/2 C. flourCanola oil for frying.
Directions
Put oil in Fry Daddy or large pot. Heat until Hot. Cut Fish into bit sized chunks. Roll in Flour that has paprika mixed in. Fry until Golden Brown. Drain on paper towels.


This is usually done in large batches for a fish fry. Never a healthy meal, but oh so so good. :-)
