Mustard, 2 tspBrown Sugar, 3 tbspDill weed, dried, 1/4 tspHam Steak, 1 lbNonfat Milk, 3 cups, approx.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl, combine mustard, sugar, and dill to rub on both sides of ham. Place ham in shallow baking dish and pour in enough milk to come level with the surface. Cook in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or until all the milk has been absorbed.
