Ingredients
1 Mango1 Tomato1/2 Avocado1/2 Red or Orange Bell Pepper 3 Tablespoons Red Onion1/2 Lemon-juiced2 or 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Chop mango, tomato, avocado, red onion & bell pepper. Add lemon juice & balsamic vinegar.

I calculated it for the whole thing. I makes enough for 3 or 4 people as a side salad, or a huge bowl for salsa.
