Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs stewing beef1/4 Cup all pupose flour1 tsp beef bouillon powder, disolved in 1 cup hot water1 tsp PaprikaBaby carrotsRed potatos, peeled and chopped1 1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp pepper1/3 cup soy sauce1/2 large red onion, diced or wedged1 8oz. can of tomato sauce2 stalks of celery, diced1 cup sliced mushroomsOptional - Cajun seasoning to taste or some Bullseye Cajun BBQ Sauce on top.
Directions
Peel and cut potatos, layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add a layer of baby carrots, then the stewing beef.
Cover with remaining vegetables.

Combine dry ingredients and mix together with remaining wet ingredients, pour over your stew.

*Optional -
Add Cajun seasoning to taste with your dry ingredients, or splash some Bullseye Cajun BBQ Sauce (or sauce of choice) over the stew.

Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours.

    This was good, but waaaaay to much sodium per serving. Don't add salt- there's already too much in the soy sauce and boullion alone. - 1/21/11

    Did this with some Lea and Perrins sauce instead of the soy and a mix of veg I had. Added fresh herbs from the garden - thyme, oregano & sage. Cooked slow for hours - simply DELICIOUS!! - 7/2/12
