Whole wheat & oatmeal banana bread w/prune sub. (CNiane)

Ingredients
3 cups of whole wheat flour1 cup of oatmeal1 cup of sugar8 prunes6 tablespoons of water2 tsp of baking soda2 tbsp of allspice3/4 cup of nonfat milk2.5 cups of mashed banana
Directions
Place prunes and water in food processor, blend into paste. Add milk, sugar, eggs, baking soda, allspice and bananas and process until a liquid. Pour into another bowl and add in whole wheat flour one cup at a time. When all flour added, add in one cup of oatmeal.

Spray bundt pan and add batter to pan. Place in oven preheated to 325 and bake until done, approximately one hour.
