Ingredients
1 green Brazilian papaya2 green chillies1red dry chillyturmericchilli powdercumin seedgrated coconut
Directions
first remove the skin of the papaya,cut into small squares and put these through a salad shooter-will get finely grated.Than in a skillet-heat some olive oil and pop the mustard seeds and red chillly.Add the papaya,cumin seeds,chilli powder and turmeric.Salt to taste.Stir well till cooked.Finally add the coconut and mix well..Enjoy as a side dish with rice or bread or chapatti
with a liquid curry of your choice!
