Sausage stuffed potatoes

5 medium baking potatoes5 pork sausage links175g gouda cheese100ml 2% milk5 tsp soft margarine
Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Bake potatoes for 1.5 hours, or until soft
Place sausages in a roasting tin and bake with the potatoes for the last 45 mins
Cut potatoes in half and scoop the flesh out. Mash well, adding milk and margarine.
Add cheese and mix well.
Place half the flesh back in the pototo skins, add half a sausage to each one and scoop remaining mash on top.
Bake for a further 10 mins.
Serve with salad or enjoy as is!
