Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise2 tbsp. cider vinegar1 1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. pepper4 cups cubed, cooked potatoes (until tender - NOT SOFT)1 cup sliced celery1/2 cup chopped onion2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar & pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & chill.
