Ingredients
3 Cups Frozen Corn (Thaw To Room Temp)1/4 C Lime Juice2 TBLS Olive Oil1 TBLS Red Wine Vinegar1 Tsp Salt1/2 Tsp Black Pepper1 3/4 Cups Chopped Seeded Tomatoes3/4 Cups Chopped Red Onion3/4 Cups Chopped Peeled Avocado1/2 Cup Chopped Seeded Jalapeno Pepper 1/4 Tsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Directions
Chop All Vegies. Mix in juice, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir and serve. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
