Kay's Sweet Brown Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup 2% milk2 eggs, beaten1 cup cooked sweet brown rice (healthfood store)1/4 tsp. nutmegSweetner (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and mix well. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture thickens to the consistancy of pudding. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Serve when cool.

(You can add 6 oz. of stewed peaches in cinnamon on top for a complete meal)
