4 cups Regular Oats (cooked)4 med granny smith apples shredded3 cups of raisins3/4 cup of honey1 20oz bag of frozen blueberries thawed1 cup of shredded coconut2 650ml Containers of either Fat Free or Regular Plain yogurt.cinnamon to taste
Cook oatmeal and set aside
Peel and shred apples and combine with all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Add oatmeal and cinnamon. Stir and cool overnight.
