Banana Bread(homemade)

Ingredients
1 3/4 c flour1 1/4 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1/2 tspbaking soda2/3 c sugar2 eggs1 c mashed banana1/3 cup oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into a greased and floured bread pan
Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Makes 1 loaf

you can add raisins, or nuts, or any other combination of fruits to make this your own.
I regularily use Splenda in place of the sugar to make this bread. It works very well, and tastes wonderful.
