Farmer's Market: Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
2t olive oil (10g)1 clove garlic (5g)1/4 med. vidalia onion, diced (50g)3 1/2 c. tomato puree*1t thyme, ground dried1/8 t red pepper flake
Directions
Heat oil in a pan.

Add garlic and onion, and cook until onions are clear.

De-glaze with puree. Stir in thyme. Add red pepper flake once flavors have melded and turn off heat.

Servings Size: 1T

Makes three and a half cups. Freezes well.
