Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine3/4 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 1/2 cups self raising flour1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda?)3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 275F, 150C, Gas Mark 2

Cream together the margarine and sugar
Add the mashed bananas
Sift together the flour and bicarbonate of soda
Add alternately with the beaten eggs

Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours
