Oven Paella (w Turkey Sausage)

Ingredients
- 450g Lean Italian Turkey Sausage, sliced.- 4 cloves Garlic, diced.- 3 medium Tomatoes.- 1 cube boullion + 2 cups water.- 2 Bay Leaves.- 1 Cups California Brown Rice.- 3 Cups Bell Peppers, chopped.- 2 Cups Onions, chopped.
Directions
1. Cook garlic onion & sausage in large pot for 5 min.

2. Add rice; cook and stir 5 minutes. Carefully spoon off any excess oil.

3. Stir in bay leaves, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add half of the water & boullion. Bring to boil.

4. PLACE paella carefully in oven. Add enough remaining chicken stock to cover ingredients in pan. Top with the bell peppers; cover.

5. BAKE 35 minutes.
