Fresh Salmon and Pasta Salad

12 oz cooked sockeye salmon (or what you have)300 gr Oliveri Three Cheese Rainbow Tortellini1/2 cup frozen peas defrosted1 cup yogurt -plain skim milk1/3 cup light sour creamt tsp dill weed dried1 TBSP capers minced2 oz lime juicefresh sprigs of dill if available
Cook tortellini and drain. Debone and chunk leftover salmon. Mix dressing ingredients together, Toss with pasta, peas and salmon. Garnish with fresh dill.
