Cherry Pie filling w/ Sun Crystals

Ingredients
5 cups sour cherries,pitted w/ juice2 T. cornstarch2 T. lemon juice1/3 c. Sun Crystals (stevia and sugar cane mix)1 t. cinnamon1/2 t. almond extract
Directions
Mix cornstarch and sun crystals w/ pitted cherries and their juice. Let sit 15 minutes. Add lemon juice, cinnamon and almond extract and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Cook until boiling and thickened. Allow to cool and freeze in ziploc bags. Later thaw and put in prepared pie crust and bake!
Makes 1 pie. Serving size is based on 8 servings.
