Pan Seared Ahi Tuna over Lemon Rice

Ingredients
4 Ahi Tuna Steaks (1 lb)half cup italian bread crumbsdash of salt and peppercooking sprayFor Rice: 1 cup of brown rice, long grain1 and half lemon, the juice1 Tbs of butter
Directions
Prepare rice as usual, squeezing in lemon juice when you stir in rice. (45 minutes)

For Tuna: spray skillet with cooking spray and turn burner on med/high

While the pan warms up, coat the Tuna in the Italian bread crumbs with salt and pepper seasoned to taste.

When pan is hot put steaks in pan and sear on each side 45 seconds each. Remove from pan and slice. Tuna will be raw in the middle.

Serve Tuna over rice. Eat.
