Turkey Meatloaf w/ Feta & Sun-dried Tomatoes

Vegetable Cooking Spray1/2 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley1/4 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes2 Cloves Garlic, Minced2 Eggs (room temperature)2 Tbsp Whole Milk1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt1 tsp Ground Black Pepper1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Directions

Place an oven rack in the center of oven. Preheat oven to 375degrees. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, eggs, milk, feta, salt, and pepper. Add the turkey and gently stir to combine, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Carefully pack the meat mixture into the prepared pan and bake until the internal temp registers 165degrees. (approx 45minutes)

Remove from ove and let rest for 5minutes.
