Ingredients
2 cups diced Watermelon1 cup diced fresh Pineapple 1/4 cup fresh Blueberries1 oz or 1/4 cup toasted coconutmint leaves1 cup lite Dannon Vanila Yogurt
Directions
Dice watermelon and pineapple. Add whole blueberries. Toast coconut in toaster oven or conventional oven. Must watch carefully as this happens fast. Add chopped mint leaves and toss all with yogurt.
