40 g pumpkin seeds45 g sunflower seeds40 linseed or flax seed meal75 g unsalted butter2 tbsp honey500 g wholegrain oats
Dry fry the seeds until they start to pop, then tip them into a bowl. Add the butter to the pan and let it melt, adding the honey at the same time. Tip in the oats and stir quickly so they are evenly coated. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes, till the oats start to crisp a little bit. Cool before storing in an airtight container. Makes 14.4 servings of 50 g each. I add 25 g All Bran and either 100 g good yoghurt or some fruit to a serving
